Job summary

Harvey Norman is seeking an Admin Data and Reporting Assistant to join the GP Advertising team in Homebush West. This entry-level role reports to the General Manager and focuses on running and maintaining marketing and advertising reporting alongside general admin duties.

You will develop systems and processes to meet internal and external requirements, analyse data from various sources, and support budgeting, forecasting and production reporting efforts.

Qualifications

• Entry level role that will involve running and maintaining reporting related to marketing and advertising and other general admin duties.
• Develop system and process changes to meet internal and external business requirements for analysis and reporting of data.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and production reporting.
• Liaise with all divisions up to General Manager level to seek and provide marketing and advertising data.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, maintain and review incoming data from internal and external sources and present in a simple and comprehensive format.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and production reporting.
