Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Energy, or related field.
- 3+ years of product management experience in solar, energy storage, or related energy industry.
- Familiarity with Australian solar/energy storage market; ESS/EMS knowledge a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent English; Mandarin a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research in the Australian solar and energy storage market.
- Monitor local regulations and market developments to support product compliance and localisation.
- Analyze competitor products to identify opportunities and improve competitiveness.
- Gather customer feedback and translate insights into product requirements with global R&D.
- Collaborate with sales, technical service, and internal teams to support launches and growth.
