EcoFlow seeks a Product Manager for the Australian solar and energy storage markets to identify opportunities, define requirements, and drive product success. You will work with global R&D, sales, and operations to localise products, ensure regulatory compliance, and shape competitive strategies.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in product management in energy, strong analytics, and excellent communication. Fluency in English is essential; Mandarin is a plus. This role is based in Australia.

Qualifikationen

• Familiarity with Australian solar/energy storage market; ESS/EMS knowledge a plus.

Your Challenges:

• 1. Conduct market research and identify customer needs, industry trends, and new product opportunities in the Australian solar and energy storage market.
• 2. Monitor local regulations and market developments to support product compliance and localisation.
• 3. Analyse competitor products and solutions to identify market opportunities and improve product competitiveness.
• 4. Gather customer feedback and translate market insights into product requirements, working closely with global R&D teams to support product development.
• 5. Collaborate with sales, technical service, and other internal teams to support product launches, customer engagement, and business growth.

Your profile includes:

• 1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Energy, or a related field.
• 2. At least 3 years of product management experience in the solar, energy storage, or related energy industry.
• 3. Familiarity with the Australian solar and energy storage market. Experience with ESS or EMS solutions is a plus.
• 4. Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• 5. Fluent English communication skills. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
