Midea Group is seeking a driven professional to identify and capture new business opportunities in the Australian energy storage sector. You will build a robust network of stakeholders, manage the full customer lifecycle from prospecting to post-sales support, and execute regional plans to hit growth and profitability targets.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of PV, wind, and energy storage markets in Australia, with at least 3 years in technical sales or BD within the sector.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or business development within the energy storage sector or a closely related field.
• In-depth knowledge of the Australian energy landscape, including PV, wind power, utility-scale storage, C&I storage, and residential storage markets.

• Oversee the full customer management cycle – from prospecting and referral generation to relationship maintenance, contract negotiation, and comprehensive post-sales support. Manage and coordinate relationships with local agents and intermediaries.
• Formulate and execute regional strategic plans to achieve sales and business growth targets, while enhancing the company’s overall profitability in the region.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or business development within the energy storage sector or a closely related field.
• In-depth knowledge of the Australian energy landscape, including PV, wind power, utility-scale storage, C&I storage, and residential storage markets.
