Job summary

Toyota Finance Australia is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Domain Delivery team and drive business transformation through innovative product delivery.

You will translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, lead a team of Product Owners, and partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver meaningful value. This role requires strong delivery capability and stakeholder management in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• In-depth experience in Product Ownership, Product Management or Business Analysis.
• Experience in the finance sector, working knowledge of Lending and settlements.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders.

• Develop and continuously refine product roadmaps.
• Prioritise initiatives, features and enablers to maximise business value.

About the team

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Domain Delivery team and play a key role in driving business transformation through innovative product delivery. Reporting to the Domain Owner, you will translate strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps, lead a team of Product Owners, and partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver meaningful value.

This is a highly collaborative role where you'll influence senior stakeholders, shape product strategy, and ensure delivery teams remain focused on the highest-value outcomes.

How you'll make an impact

We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong delivery capability and stakeholder management skills.

• In-depth experience in Product Ownership, Product Management or Business Analysis.
• Previously worked within the finance sector, working knowledge of Lending and settlements
• Prior experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Experience in Agile product design and delivery.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders.
