Job summary

Toyota Finance Australia is looking for a proactive Change Manager to drive people-focused outcomes across strategic Domain programs and BAU projects.   • Excellent organisation and coordination skills.
  • Experience developing communications, presentations and change collateral.
  • Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies is desirable but not essential.

About the team

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Change Manager to join our team and help drive successful people-focused outcomes across a range of initiatives. As Change Manager, you will provide general change support across both strategic Domain programs and BAU projects, ensuring impacted stakeholders are effectively engaged, informed, and supported throughout change initiatives. Working closely with Change Managers, Product Managers and Owners, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and business stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering change activities that enable successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. This is a full-time permanent position is based in Scoresby, Melbourne.
