Job summary

Toyota Finance Australia in Scoresby, Melbourne, is seeking a proactive Change Manager to drive people-focused outcomes across strategic Domain programs and BAU projects. You will engage stakeholders, deliver change activities, and support adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

Join a team focused on delivering successful outcomes with strong communication and training support, while coordinating activities across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting change, project, transformation, or business improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies is desirable but not essential.

About the team

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Change Manager to join our team and help drive successful people-focused outcomes across a range of initiatives.

As Change Manager, you will provide general change support across both strategic Domain programs and BAU projects, ensuring impacted stakeholders are effectively engaged, informed, and supported throughout change initiatives.

Working closely with Change Managers, Product Managers and Owners, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and business stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering change activities that enable successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

This is a full-time permanent position is based in Scoresby, Melbourne.

How you'll make an impact

• Experience supporting change, project, transformation, or business improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisation and coordination skills.
• Experience developing communications, presentations, and change collateral.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies is desirable but not essential.
