Aware Super is building an enterprise knowledge base to power AI-driven member experiences, advice delivery, and internal workflows. You will shape strategy, drive adoption, and govern content at scale across business and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Proven product management ownership with a roadmap and measurable value (OKRs).
• Strong domain knowledge in Advice or superannuation within Australia’s financial services.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across Transformation, Value Streams and Practices.
• Experience with AI, knowledge management or enterprise platforms.
• Solid understanding of compliance, risk, privacy and Responsible AI in regulated environments.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to translate business needs into build-ready requirements.
• Experience driving internal adoption and enablement materials for transformation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the vision and multi-quarter roadmap for the Enterprise Knowledge Base.
• Continuously evaluate AI capabilities to keep Knowledge Base fit for purpose.
• Translate Advice SMEs and Product Owners’ needs into clear, prioritized requirements for Technology.
• Act as the single point of accountability for Knowledge Base value, roadmap and adoption.
• Make trade-off calls on what to build or onboard next, with rationale.
• Oversee testing and quality assurance of Knowledge Base outputs.
• Partner with Advice SMEs to validate content against current advice frameworks and regulatory guidance.
