Job summary

Aware Super is seeking a Product Manager to shape and own the Enterprise Knowledge Base strategy and roadmap. You will work across business and technology to deliver accurate, compliant knowledge at scale and enable AI-powered member experiences.

You will prioritise, govern and drive adoption across the enterprise. You will translate SME needs into build-ready requirements, ensure alignment with advice frameworks and regulatory guidance, and act as the single accountable owner of the Knowledge

Qualifications

Proven product management ownership with roadmap and backlog.
Experience translating business needs into build-ready requirements.
Strong understanding of AI, knowledge management and compliance.

Responsibilities

Own and communicate the vision and multi-quarter roadmap for the Enterprise Knowledge Base.
Evaluate emerging capability to keep the Knowledge Base fit for purpose.
Translate Advice SME needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
Act as the single point of accountability for Knowledge Base value and adoption.
Make trade-off calls on capabilities to build or onboard next.
Oversee testing and quality assurance of outputs and fix issues timely.
Partner with Advice SMEs to align content with regulatory guidance.
