Job summary

Netwealth in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Product Manager for Agent Intelligence to own the roadmap for AI-driven capabilities, including Enterprise Intelligence and Adviser Search, and to set foundations for future agentic solutions.

You will define knowledge models and semantic structures, guiding how users consume intelligence while balancing innovation with governance and transparency in delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering data, platform or AI products that create meaningful business outcomes.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to navigate ambiguous, emerging spaces.
• Comfortable operating in evolving AI/ML product spaces with evolving answers.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Agent Intelligence products and capabilities.
• Lead discovery, problem definition and prioritisation for high-value opportunities.
• Design and maintain knowledge models, ontologies and semantic structures for reuse.
• Partner with engineers on trade-offs for retrieval, grounding, orchestration and agent design.
• Define and govern autonomy levels for agentic capabilities with evidence-based decisions.
• Establish product metrics, OKRs and adoption measures to show business value.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Risk, Compliance and Data Governance to stay ahead of delivery governance.
• Support teams across the organisation to build on shared agentic foundations.
• Represent the portfolio with senior stakeholders and contribute to Netwealth's product practice.
