Job summary

DKSH is seeking a dynamic Commercial Manager for biopharma, animal care, nutraceuticals and pharmaceutical sectors in Melbourne. You will build deep client relationships, align objectives with DKSH's commercial goals, and drive growth across high-value portfolios.

You will lead pricing strategies, negotiate major projects, and leverage digital marketing to accelerate opportunities, while maintaining a strong focus on margins and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A related technical degree and at least 3 years’ technical sales and product management experience in key account management within biopharma, animal care, pharmaceutical, or nutraceutical industries.
• Knowledge of market segments, including key players, competitors and industry trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; CRM experience for pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Align client objectives with DKSH's commercial objectives for mutual growth.
• Identify decision-makers and gatekeepers within customer organizations and nurture relationships to unlock portfolio potential.
• Understand customers' business needs and future aspirations, positioning DKSH as their trusted partner.
• Devise pricing strategies to safeguard gross margins while promoting growth.
• Negotiate with customers to secure major project opportunities and strengthen market position as a leading supplier of specialty chemicals.
• Continuously tend to client product portfolios, articulate unique value propositions, and develop go-to-market plans with the team.
• Leverage DKSH's digital marketing capabilities to expedite project development and amplify brand value for clients.
