Coles Group is seeking a Process Worker for Chef Fresh, based in Banksmeadow. You will join a production team, staging and decanting raw materials and delivering them to lines to ensure fresh meals reach customers across Australia.

The role demands GMP and food safety discipline, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong teamwork. Afternoon shifts start from 2pm, with emphasis on safety and quality control.

Qualifications

• Experience with GMP & Food Safety standards in production environments is essential.
• Able to work autonomously and collaboratively to meet production targets.
• Able to follow safety protocols and handle repetitive manual tasks in a cold processing setting.

About the role

Join us at Chef Fresh as a Process Worker and play an important role in our production team. Reporting to the Assistant Warehouse Manager, you’ll be staging, decanting, and delivering raw materials, ensuring we provide fresh, high-quality meals to our customers across Australia.

Shifts available: Afternoon from 2pm

About you and your skills

• Able to work autonomously and collaborate with the team to achieve production targets
• Apply your expertise in GMP & Food Safety Standards to ensure quality (handling of raw meats expected)
• You’ll excel in a fast-paced environment, hitting deadlines and delivering results
• Able to Communicate effectively and work well with others
• Confidently handle repetitive manual tasks
• Bring your experience in cold processing and commitment to safety (HACCP, Food Quality, WHS, etc.
• Able to complete pre-Employment medical and drug & alcohol checks
