Job summary

Coles Group Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to run night-shift operations at Banksmeadow in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse. You will coordinate receiving, despatch, truck loading and unloading, ensuring materials support production.

You’ll lead and develop your team while upholding safety, quality and performance standards; a forklift licence is essential and strong ERP experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Strong warehouse, distribution and transport operations experience.
• Experience with warehouse and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• A current Forklift Licence – essential.

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.

In this hands‑on leadership role, you'll coordinate receiving and despatch activities, truck loading and unloading, and ensure materials are available to support production requirements. You'll also lead and develop your team while maintaining high standards across safety, quality and operational performance.

This is a nightshift position (Monday - Friday 10PM - 6AM).

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution or manufacturing environment
• Strong warehouse, distribution and transport operations experience
