Coles Group Manufacturing in Banksmeadow (NSW) is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to guide day-to-day operations in a high-volume warehouse environment. The role covers receiving, despatch, truck loading/unloading, and developing a capable team while upholding safety, quality and performance standards.

The successful candidate will coordinate production support materials, uphold GMP/HACCP standards, and manage a Monday–Friday 3PM–11PM roster.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Strong warehouse, distribution and transport operations experience.
• Experience with warehouse and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• A current Forklift Licence - essential.

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.

In this hands-on leadership role, you'll coordinate receiving and despatch activities, truck loading and unloading, and ensure materials are available to support production requirements. You'll also lead and develop your team while maintaining high standards across safety, quality and operational performance.

You will need to be able to work the following roster: (Monday - Friday 3PM - 11PM)
