About the role

Join us at Chef Fresh as a Process Worker and play an important role in our production team. Reporting to the Assistant Warehouse Manager, you’ll be staging, decanting, and delivering raw materials, ensuring we provide fresh, high‑quality meals to our customers across Australia.

About you and your skills

• Able to work autonomously and collaborate with the team to achieve production targets
• Apply your expertise in GMP & Food Safety Standards to ensure quality (handling of raw meats expected)
• You’ll excel in a fast‑paced environment, hitting deadlines and delivering results
• Able to Communicate effectively and work well with others
• Confidently handle repetitive manual tasks
• Bring your experience in cold processing and commitment to safety (HACCP, Food Quality, WHS, etc.
• Able to complete pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol checks
