Job summary

Chef Fresh is seeking a Process Worker to join our production team. Reporting to the Assistant Warehouse Manager, you will stage, decant, and deliver raw materials to support the timely production of fresh meals across Australia.

You will work in a fast‑paced environment, apply GMP & Food Safety standards, and collaborate with a diverse team to meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience applying GMP & Food Safety Standards, including raw meat handling.
• Able to work autonomously and in a team to meet production targets.
• Skilled in fast-paced environments with deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable with repetitive manual tasks.
• Experience in cold processing and a strong safety focus (HACCP, WHS).
• Able to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol checks.

Responsibilities

• Staging, decanting, and delivering raw materials.

About the Candidate

• Able to work autonomously and collaborate with the team to achieve production targets
• Apply your expertise in GMP & Food Safety Standards to ensure quality (handling of raw meats expected)
• You'll excel in a fast‑paced environment, hitting deadlines and delivering results
• Able to Communicate effectively and work well with others
• Confidently handle repetitive manual tasks
• Bring your experience in cold processing and commitment to safety (HACCP, Food Quality, WHS, etc.
