Job summary
Westpac in Sydney is seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Specialist to join our Optimisation team. You will partner with stakeholders across Home Lending Operations to identify problems, shape practical solutions and support strategic initiatives that improve performance and customer outcomes.
You will lead analysis, drive improvement workstreams, and apply Agile and Lean Six Sigma methods to design and embed change.
Qualifications
- Experience in business analysis, transformation or continuous improvement within financial services.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills to influence senior leaders and drive outcomes.
- Relevant improvement qualifications such as Lean Six Sigma.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to identify problems and develop solutions.
- Lead analysis, stakeholder engagement and delivery of improvement workstreams.
- Support design and implementation of process improvements using Agile and Lean Six Sigma.
- Challenge and influence stakeholders to improve solution design and value delivery.
- Embed change and drive sustainable operational improvements.
