Your responsibilities will include:
We're looking for someone with experience in business analysis, transformation, continuous improvement or strategic problem-solving within financial services. You'll bring a strong understanding of Home Lending or Mortgage Operations and a proven track record delivering and embedding operational improvements, including process optimisation, automation, digitisation or AI-enabled transformation initiatives. Strong stakeholder engagement skills are essential, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive outcomes in complex environments.
