Job summary

Westpac Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Sydney with a hybrid work model (2–3 days in the office). You will lead operational change by translating complex business, customer and regulatory needs into practical solutions, collaborating with frontline teams, risk partners and technology to improve end-to-end journeys.

You will drive operational uplift, regulatory remediation, digital enablement and continuous improvement, while managing stakeholder dynamics and mentoring team members

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in operational, transformation, or regulatory environments.
• Ability to define clear requirements and map current/future state processes.
• Experience supporting delivery activities including testing, readiness and implementation.
• Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and facilitate workshops.
