Job summary

Westpac Group in Sydney, NSW, AU, is seeking a Manager, Strategy and Planning for Customer Operations. The role focuses on shaping strategic direction, translating priorities into outcomes, and driving performance improvements across the business.

You will work with senior leaders to develop executive reporting, insights and planning frameworks, leveraging data and analytics to influence decisions and optimise operational performance. Hybrid work involves three in‑office days weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience using data, reporting and analytics to generate insights that inform business decisions and strategic priorities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes across diverse teams.
• Advanced capability in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives, manage competing priorities and deliver high‑quality outcomes in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling narratives.
