Job summary

Salt Recruitment is seeking an experienced Process Analyst to join a major telecommunications transformation program in Melbourne. You will analyse, design, optimise, and implement business processes across customer, product, sales, and service delivery functions.

Working with stakeholders, delivery teams, architects, and product owners, you will shape future-state processes and translate requirements into scalable solutions, with a hybrid Melbourne-based work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Process Analyst or Process Improvement Specialist.
• Telecommunications industry experience across areas such as Product Management, Lead-to-Quote, Quote-to-Order, Order-to-Activate, Service Fulfilment, and Assurance.
• Strong business process modelling and documentation skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

We’re seeking an experienced Process Analyst to join a major telecommunications transformation program. This role will play a key part in analysing, designing, optimising, and implementing business processes across critical customer, product, sales, and service delivery functions.

Working closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, architects, and product owners, you’ll help shape future-state processes and ensure business requirements are translated into scalable, effective solutions.

• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, identify opportunities, and drive process improvements.
• Develop process maps, workflows, and supporting business documentation.
• Support the design and implementation of ServiceNow-based solutions.
