Job summary

Launch Group is seeking an experienced Process Analyst to support a major enterprise transformation, optimizing end-to-end business processes across key operational domains. You will work with stakeholders, project managers, architects and delivery teams to analyse, document and improve processes, using Visio for maps and documentation.

The role requires proven Process Analyst or BA experience, strong telecom domain knowledge, workshop facilitation, and an active NV1 clearance.

Qualifications

• Strong telecommunications industry experience.
• Solid process modelling and documentation capability using Visio.

• Experience supporting transformation or system implementation programs.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, architects and delivery teams to analyse, document and optimise end-to-end business processes across key operational domains.
