Job summary

GenusPlus Group is seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our Kewdale-based team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles across trades, construction, mining and infrastructure, plus white-collar vacancies as needed.

This is a proactive role focusing on sourcing, candidate engagement and building pipelines to meet project mobilisation deadlines. You’ll partner with hiring managers, maintain accurate records in JobAdder and deliver a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting blue-collar personnel across trades, construction, mining or infra.
• End-to-end recruitment experience, internal or agency.
• Proactive go-and-find-them approach with high-volume outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment from job brief through to offer and onboarding.
• Source blue-collar talent through SEEK, referrals, databases and outbound calls.
• Screen candidates for experience, licences, tickets, roster availability and site suitability.
• Build pipelines for high-volume and recurring project requirements.
• Adapt recruitment approach to support white-collar, professional and technical vacancies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce and mobilisation needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy records in JobAdder.
• Deliver a positive and responsive candidate experience.
