Job summary

Clough is seeking a Resourcing Advisor (Blue Collar) on a short-term contract to join the Perdaman team in our Perth office. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of skilled and semi-skilled labour for our high-volume construction project.

The role involves managing postings in SAP SuccessFactors, building candidate pipelines, screening resumes, and coordinating mobilization and onboarding to meet project needs. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in high-volume blue-collar recruitment.
• Experience in construction/oil & gas preferred.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of labor markets and union dynamics.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles across sites.
• Collaborate with site managers to forecast manpower.
• Utilize SAP SuccessFactors for postings, interviews, offers, onboarding.
• Develop pipelines through job fairs and agencies.
• Screen resumes and assess site-readiness.
• Coordinate mobilization/demobilization of labor resources.
