Job summary

Stellar Recruitment is currently recruiting for multiple Blue Collar Talent Acquisition opportunities across established mining and heavy industry teams. These temporary-to-permanent roles suit experienced TA professionals comfortable in fast-paced, operational environments.

These are temporary to permanent opportunities suited to experienced Talent Acquisition professionals who are confident working in fast-paced, operational environments and managing high-volume workforce requirements.

Previous Talent Acquisition experience within mining or resources is strongly preferred, with broader heavy industry experience also highly regarded.

About the Roles

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across high-volume blue collar and operational vacancies
• Proactively sourcing candidates and building strong talent pipelines
• Screening, interviewing and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Partnering with hiring managers, operational leaders and site teams
• Coordinating onboarding, pre-employment requirements and mobilisation
• Managing multiple vacancies and competing recruitment priorities
• Maintaining accurate recruitment records and candidate information
• Supporting workforce requirements across ongoing operations, projects and shutdowns

About You

• Previous experience in Blue Collar Talent Acquisition
• Experience within mining or resources strongly preferred
• Alternatively, experience within heavy industry, construction, civil, engineering, manufacturing or maintenance
• Experience recruiting within operational or site-based environments
• Confidence managing high-volume or fast-moving recruitment requirements
• Strong candidate sourcing and talent pipeline capability
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience using recruitment systems, databases or ATS platforms
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities
