Job summary

People First Bank is seeking a commercially minded Pricing and Portfolio Manager to own pricing strategy and influence growth, margins and profitability. You will work across pricing, lending, product and credit risk to drive sustainable customer outcomes.

You’ll partner with senior leaders to shape product strategy and broaden your commercial perspective while contributing to a collaborative, high‑performing team.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in banking, finance or product management with pricing focus.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing strategy, including interest rates, margins and portfolio mix.
• Analyze portfolio and product performance to identify growth and profitability opportunities.
• Develop and present pricing and portfolio recommendations to senior management and governance committees.
• Partner with Product, Finance and Treasury to drive pricing and portfolio decisions.
• Own growth models, budgets, forecasting and reporting for portfolios.
• Lead market and competitor benchmarking to identify risks and opportunities.
• Mentor pricing analysts to build team capability.
