BOQ Group is seeking a Product Performance Manager to lead analytics for the retail deposit portfolio. You will deliver data-led insights on performance, pricing, and growth, collaborating with Product, Finance, Treasury, Risk, Distribution and Data teams to influence major business decisions.

You will translate complex data into actionable actions, build dashboards and models, and drive governance and continuous improvement in reporting and tooling to support profitable customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product, portfolio, pricing or commercial analytics within financial services.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Strong data visualization, forecasting and financial modelling capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end delivery of deposit portfolio and pricing analytics, including data extraction, transformation, visualisation, interpretation and communication of findings.
• Develop trusted reporting, dashboards and financial models that explain portfolio performance, customer behaviour, profitability and key value drivers.
• Identify opportunities to optimise deposit growth, retention, mix, margin and customer outcomes, translating insights into actions.
• Deliver pricing analysis, scenario modelling and market monitoring to support informed deposit pricing decisions.
• Support pricing governance and post-implementation monitoring across Retail Banking.
• Maintain robust analytical controls and improve reporting and data processes through automation and standardisation.
