Job summary

Ambition Group Limited is creating a new senior pricing leadership role. The Head of Pricing Strategy will build a pricing function from the ground up and lead a team of five, reporting to the CFO and joining the leadership team.

You will design governance, operating models and value-based pricing that aligns with strategic objectives, working across sales, product and commercial teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years' experience spanning sales, product and commercial roles.
• Led teams of 5+ people within pricing or related functions.
• Built pricing or revenue-management capability from a blank page.
• Deep experience working with executive teams and P&L oversight.
• MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing strategy end-to-end including governance, analytics and outcomes.
• Lead and develop a team of five.
• Act as trusted advisor to CFO, CSO and the executive leadership team.
• Build the pricing capability roadmap and operating model for the function.
• Champion value-based, customer-centric pricing across the organisation.
