Job summary

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking an experienced Pricing & Sales Coordinator for the freight forwarding and project logistics sector. • 3-5 years' experience in freight forwarding, logistics or project logistics.
• Strong pricing and quotation experience.
• Understanding of air, sea and multimodal freight and Incoterms.
• Experience coordinating with international offices and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate pricing and quotations for airfreight, seafreight, breakbulk, OOG, project cargo and multimodal freight.
• Liaise with overseas offices, carriers, suppliers and transport providers to obtain competitive rates and confirm service requirements.
• Prepare accurate quotations, budget pricing, RFQs and tender submissions, including cost breakdowns, margins and commercial assumptions.
• Review supplier rates, routing options, equipment availability and additional costs to ensure commercially viable solutions.
• Support lead generation, opportunity tracking, customer follow-ups and business development activities.
• Assist with customer meetings, site visits and commercial presentations as required.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, quotation logs and opportunity pipelines.
• Work closely with operations and project logistics teams to ensure proposed freight solutions are practical and achievable.

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Pricing & Sales Coordinator for an opportunity within the freight forwarding and project logistics industry. This role can be based in Perth or Queensland and will suit a commercially minded logistics professional with strong pricing, quotation and supplier coordination experience.

Working closely with the General Manager and Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in preparing competitive freight solutions, coordinating supplier pricing and supporting business development activities across local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and coordinate pricing and quotations for airfreight, seafreight, breakbulk, out-of-gauge (OOG), project cargo and multimodal freight.
• Liaise with overseas offices, carriers, suppliers and transport providers to obtain competitive rates and confirm service requirements.
• Prepare accurate quotations, budget pricing, RFQs and tender submissions, including cost breakdowns, margins and commercial assumptions.
• Review supplier rates, routing options, equipment availability and additional costs to ensure commercially viable solutions.
• Support lead generation, opportunity tracking, customer follow-ups and business development activities.
• Assist with customer meetings, site visits and commercial presentations as required.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 3-5 years' experience in freight forwarding, logistics or project logistics.
• Strong experience in pricing, quotation preparation and supplier coordination.
• Understanding of air, sea and multimodal freight, freight cost structures and Incoterms.
• Exposure to project cargo, breakbulk, OOG, heavy lift or complex logistics movements will be highly regarded.
• Experience coordinating with international offices, carriers and service providers.
• Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with an interest in supporting business development.
