Global Logistics Leader in Brisbane is seeking a Project Logistics Pricing Specialist to translate complex freight scopes into competitive pricing solutions for large-scale projects.

Based in Brisbane with flexible work options (WFH nationwide or Brisbane-based), you will work with carriers, internal teams and procurement to deliver profitable, customer-focused pricing and ensure service excellence across Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructure and Mining projects.

Qualificações

• Experience in pricing for project logistics and freight forwarding.
• Ability to translate complex freight scopes into pricing.
• Experience with RFQs and tenders is helpful.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.

• Prepare accurate pricing solutions for project logistics opportunities.

About the Opportunity

Join a global leader in project logistics and freight forwarding, supporting the movement of large, heavy and business-critical equipment across industries including Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructure and Mining. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Project Logistics Pricing Specialist to step into a commercially influential role with genuine scope career growth with pathway to leadership. Will consider remotely WFH nationwide or Brisbane based.

Working closely with an experienced project logistics team and the Project Logistics Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in translating complex freight scopes into clear, competitive and profitable pricing solutions. Understanding customer requirements, assessing operational feasibility, supporting procurement initiatives and helping deliver logistics solutions that build trust and drive growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare accurate, competitive and commercially sound pricing solutions for project logistics opportunities.
• Analyse customer requirements, shipment scopes, carrier options, costs and margins to support strong pricing outcomes.
• Work with carriers, service providers and internal stakeholders to source rates and build reliable project pricing models.
• Support RFQs, tenders and customer proposals with clear pricing breakdowns and commercial insights.
• Ensure pricing decisions align with operational capability, customer expectations and sustainable profitability.
• Maintain accurate quote records, pricing assumptions and supporting documentation.
• Partner with procurement, operations and business development to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency and value creation.
• Contribute to a high-performing team culture focused on service excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement.

About You

You are a commercially minded freight forwarding professional who enjoys solving complex logistics challenges and developing project pricing solutions that are practical, competitive and profitable. You bring strong attention to detail, sound judgement and the confidence to communicate with customers, carriers and internal teams.
