Job summary

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator in Western Australia to manage end-to-end international freight forwarding and project cargo movements, including sea, air and road transport.

You will liaise with clients, overseas offices, carriers and suppliers, coordinate documentation, permits and regulatory requirements, and attend site meetings as needed. A Diploma or degree and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' operational experience in international freight forwarding and project logistics.
• Proven experience coordinating sea, air and road freight movements.
• Experience with project cargo, heavy lift or oversized shipments will be highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of logistics documentation, regulatory requirements and transport operations.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Diploma or degree qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end project cargo movements across sea, air and road transport.
• Liaise with clients, overseas offices, carriers, transport contractors and suppliers.
• Manage shipment tracking, transport documentation, permits and regulatory requirements.
• Attend site meetings, inspections and cargo loadouts as required.
• Prepare client quotations and negotiate supplier rates.
• Monitor project costs, process invoices and support accurate client billing.
• Identify operational risks, delays and cost impacts, ensuring safety and compliance requirements.
