Job summary

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking an experienced Pricing & Sales Coordinator for the freight forwarding and project logistics sector. Based in Perth or Queensland, you will develop competitive freight solutions, coordinate supplier pricing and support business development across local and international markets.

Working closely with the General Manager and Business Development Manager, you will prepare quotes for airfreight, seafreight and multimodal moves, review rates, and maintain CRM records while

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in freight forwarding, logistics or project logistics.
• Strong pricing and quotation experience.
• Understanding of air, sea and multimodal freight and Incoterms.
• Experience coordinating with international offices and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate pricing and quotations for airfreight, seafreight, breakbulk, OOG, project cargo and multimodal freight.
• Liaise with overseas offices, carriers, suppliers and transport providers to obtain competitive rates and confirm service requirements.
• Prepare accurate quotations, budget pricing, RFQs and tender submissions, including cost breakdowns, margins and commercial assumptions.
• Review supplier rates, routing options, equipment availability and additional costs to ensure commercially viable solutions.
• Support lead generation, opportunity tracking, customer follow-ups and business development activities.
• Assist with customer meetings, site visits and commercial presentations as required.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, quotation logs and opportunity pipelines.
• Work closely with operations and project logistics teams to ensure proposed freight solutions are practical and achievable.
