Job summary

CANDII is seeking a Perth-based Project Logistics Lead to take ownership of complex cargo projects, including heavy-lift and OOG movements. You will coordinate sea, air and road shipments, price and quote effectively, and manage costs, deadlines and KPIs.

You’ll lead a team, collaborate with clients and carriers, ensure QHSE compliance, and drive business opportunities in a dynamic, international freight environment.

Qualifications

• Experience across Project Logistics, Breakbulk, Heavy-Lift or OOG.
• Strong knowledge of sea, air, road and multimodal transport.
• End‑to‑end pricing, quoting and costing experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and project management skills.
• Proven leadership and team management capability.
• Strong client, supplier and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or New Zealand Citizenship.
• Perth based
