Job summary

Atturra is seeking a Presales Solution Architect (Network & Security) within Managed Services in Perth. You will design and present tailored managed services solutions to clients, bridging business needs with technical capabilities and leading pre-sales activities.

You will collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams to craft scalable and secure offerings and deliver compelling proposals and RFP responses. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Solutions Architect.
• Minimum 5 years involved with Managed Services.
• Experience designing enterprise solutions across major vendor partners (Cisco, HPE, Microsoft).
• Proven ability to engage with key customer and business stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in ICT managed services and commercial negotiations.
• Proven high level communication skills for complex ICT issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end managed services solutions across infrastructure, cloud, network, security, and workplace services.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with service capabilities and delivery models.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Work with sales and account management to ensure timely delivery of pre-sales activities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and position appropriate managed services offerings.
• Lead technical presentations, workshops, and discovery sessions with clients.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverable solutions; understand partner solutions and NDAs/pricing.
