Job summary

Halcyon Knights in Perth seeks an experienced Consulting Presales Systems Engineer to join a rapidly growing AI, digital transformation and infrastructure solutions firm. You will bridge technology consulting, solution architecture, presales and client engagement to translate business needs into tailored IT solutions.

In this role you will lead architecture plans, engage in pre-sales activities, and run workshops with enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Circa 10+ years of experience in client-side senior roles, or technology integrators, or manufacturers. Must have some presales 4+ years and 4+ years networking/infra tech.
• Architectural and technical experience with across at least 2 of these - applications, Infrastructure, Cyber, Cloud, and Networking, Data Center, and End User Experience solutions. Ideally strong Application development
• Bonus for certs - CCDE, CCIE, CISSP, CDP, MCSE AWS, Azure, GCP, TOGAF, UAM, etc.
• Familiarity with modern tech - Big Data, AI, Automation, End User Experience, Service Management Tech, Cloud Tech incl containers, Kubernetes, cloud-native services, storage, networking, and commercial models at a high level.
• Fearless presentation and communication skills at board and exec level and able to suit technical or business stakeholders.

Presales Consulting Systems Engineer / Principal Solution Architect
