SoftwareOne Australia is seeking a Presales Copilot Specialist to accelerate Microsoft Copilot growth. You will lead customer discovery, AI workshops, value assessments, solution designs, and demonstrations in close collaboration with Sales, Services and Microsoft.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI, and Modern Work solutions, plus strong presales, workshop facilitation, and ability to translate business challenges into practical use cases and value

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI and related Modern Work technologies.
• Strong technical presales, solution consulting and customer discovery capability.
• Excellent presentation, demonstration and workshop facilitation skills with senior/exec stakeholders.
• Ability to translate customer business challenges into practical Copilot use cases, solution approaches and value propositions.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect technology opportunities with broader professional services.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across customers, Sales, Services and Microsoft.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer discovery sessions, executive AI workshops and business value assessments to uncover high‑value Copilot opportunities.
• Shape Copilot solutions and use cases that align requirements with productivity, transformation and outcomes.
• Deliver customer demonstrations, presentations and Proof of Value activities to progress opportunities.
• Develop solution designs, proposals and client-facing materials that articulate technical capability and business value.
• Support Microsoft-funded programs and collaborate with Microsoft, Sales and Services to advance Copilot opportunities.
• Enable sales teams with Copilot positioning and identify services opportunities across adoption, governance, security and AI transformation.
