SoftwareOne is seeking a Solution Sales Specialist – Modern Work to drive growth across Australia and New Zealand. You will collaborate with Microsoft, channel partners, sales teams, and technical specialists to identify, develop, and grow opportunities across the ANZ market.

Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help partners and customers understand the value of Modern Work solutions while driving new business growth, partner activation, and customer adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in solution sales, cloud sales, business development, partner management, or channel sales within the technology sector.

Responsabilités

• Drive new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Security, and Modern Work solutions.
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline aligned with Microsoft Copilot and Modern Work growth objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to channel partners on Copilot readiness, adoption strategies, licensing considerations, and business value realization.
• Enable partners through workshops, campaigns, webinars, and go-to-market initiatives focused on Modern Work and AI-powered productivity solutions.
• Position SoftwareOne services including Copilot Readiness Assessments, Adoption Programs, Workshops, and Managed Services opportunities.
• Manage pipeline performance, forecasting, and commercial activities to support revenue growth and partner success.
