Job summary

SoftwareOne invites applications for a Microsoft 365 Copilot AI Consultant to help organizations embed AI into daily workflows and accelerate Copilot adoption across business functions.

You will guide governance, enablement, and practical use cases, working with business leaders, IT teams, and executives to deliver measurable productivity improvements and sustainable AI-driven transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Microsoft 365, Modern Work, Adoption & Change Management, or AI consulting engagements.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and modern workplace technologies.
• Ability to engage stakeholders across different functions and translate challenges into tech solutions.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, guiding transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, security, and responsible AI concepts including Purview.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with a passion for transforming work.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to map business processes, personas, and productivity challenges for AI-led transformation.
• Identify and prioritize Copilot use cases aligned with measurable outcomes.
• Facilitate Copilot adoption engagements with executives, managers, and teams.

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Copilot AI Consultant to help customers embed AI into everyday workflows, identify high-value business opportunities, and create sustainable adoption strategies that deliver lasting business value.

As a Microsoft 365 Copilot AI Consultant, you will work closely with business leaders, end users, IT teams, and executive stakeholders to identify how AI can transform the way people work. You will guide customers through the Copilot adoption journey, helping them develop practical use cases, establish governance, build user readiness, and drive measurable productivity improvements.

You key responsibilities

• Leading customer workshops to understand business processes, employee personas, productivity challenges, and opportunities for AI-led transformation.
• Identifying, documenting, and prioritizing Microsoft 365 Copilot use cases that align with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Facilitating Copilot envisioning, adoption, and AI transformation engagements with executives, managers, and business teams.
• Advising customers on governance, compliance, Power Platform management, and operational controls that support responsible AI adoption.
• Designing and delivering enablement programs, user adoption initiatives, champion communities, and AI coaching sessions.
• Building proof-of-concepts and low-code AI solutions that demonstrate how Copilot and AI technologies can be integrated into existing workflows.

What we need to see from you

• Experience delivering Microsoft 365, Modern Work, Digital Workplace, Adoption & Change Management, Business Transformation, or AI consulting engagements.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and modern workplace technologies.
• Ability to engage stakeholders across different business functions and translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and guiding organizations through transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, security, and responsible AI concepts, including technologies such as Microsoft Purview.
• Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills with a passion for helping organizations transform the way people work.
