Job summary

SoftwareOne in Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Solution Sales Specialist - Modern Work to accelerate Copilot adoption and growth across partners and customers. You will collaborate with Microsoft, channel partners, sales teams, and technical specialists to identify, develop, and expand Modern Work opportunities.

You will act as a trusted advisor on readiness, licensing, and value realization, driving partner activation through workshops, campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Driving new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Security, and Modern Work solutions.
• Building and managing a qualified sales pipeline aligned with Microsoft Copilot and Modern Work growth objectives.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to channel partners on Copilot readiness, adoption strategies, licensing considerations, and business value realization.
• Enabling partners through workshops, campaigns, webinars, and go-to-market initiatives focused on Modern Work and AI-powered productivity solutions.
• Positioning SoftwareOne services including Copilot Readiness Assessments, Adoption Programs, Workshops, and Managed Services opportunities.
• Managing pipeline performance, forecasting, and commercial activities to support revenue growth and partner success.
