Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Microsoft 365 Copilot AI Consultant to help customers embed AI into everyday workflows and identify high-value Copilot use cases. You will guide governance, user readiness, and enablement, collaborating with business leaders and IT teams to drive measurable productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Microsoft 365, Modern Work, Digital Workplace, Adoption & Change Management, Business Transformation, or AI consulting engagements.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and modern workplace technologies.
• Ability to engage stakeholders across different business functions and translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and guiding organizations through transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, security, and responsible AI concepts, including Microsoft Purview.
• Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills with a passion for helping organizations transform the way people work.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer workshops to understand business processes and productivity challenges for AI-led transformation.
• Identify and prioritize Copilot use cases aligned with business objectives and outcomes.
• Facilitate Copilot adoption engagements with executives, managers, and teams.
• Advise on governance, compliance, security, and responsible AI considerations.
• Design enablement programs, user adoption initiatives, and AI coaching sessions.
• Build proofs-of-concept and low-code AI solutions integrating Copilot into workflows.
