About the role

As a Prep Chef, you’ll play an important role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly, preparing ingredients and components ahead of service and supporting the broader kitchen team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and portioning ingredients to specification
• Preparing sauces, stocks, marinades and other kitchen components
• Assisting with bulk preparation
• Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
