Job summary

Hub Australia is seeking a proactive Workspace Experience Associate for our Canberra clubhouse. You’ll be the friendly face, greeting members, handling inquiries, bookings, and mail, while supporting cafe operations and event execution.

This role emphasizes premium, personalised service in a dynamic coworking environment. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer-facing roles, a hospitality mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably hospitality, retail, or a similar service-oriented sector.
• Customer-centric and hospitality-led mindset, with a solution-focused approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with members, staff and external stakeholders.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain: RSA, Food Handling Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, delivering personalised service.
• Manage day-to-day member and guest questions, inquiries, bookings, mail, and clubhouse emails promptly.
• Assist with cafe operations downstairs by preparing a variety of cafe beverages.
• Organise and execute workplace events with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inventory checks for food, consumables, and clubhouse supplies.
• Support opening/closing procedures and space checks.
