Job summary

Oscars Group in Sydney is seeking experienced Venue Managers to lead premium dining venues within its growing restaurant portfolio. You will work with the Precinct Manager and operations team to oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain premium service standards.

This role requires hands-on leadership, a strong floor presence, and proven ability to coach teams, manage rostering and labour costs, and ensure RSA compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Venue Manager or restaurant leader in premium dining.
• Proven ability to lead front-of-house teams and maintain high service standards.
• Strong knowledge of RSA requirements and licensing compliance.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations across venues.
• Lead and develop front-of-house teams; coach and mentor staff.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and premium service standards.
• Oversee reservations, floor movements, and service execution.
• Own rostering, labor costs, and operational efficiencies.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training.
• Assist with opening preparations and service procedures.
• Ensure RSA and licensing compliance and venue procedures.
