Merivale is seeking an experienced Venue Manager for a high-end ground-floor establishment in Sydney. You will drive performance and set the standard for VIP luxury service across the venue, ensuring seamless operation from end to end.

You will lead from the front, ensuring your team understands what exceptional looks like daily, while overseeing recruitment, training and development, and effective financial management. Creating unforgettable guest experiences is at the core of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in luxury hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage day-to-day operations and profitability.
• Strong product knowledge and service standards in premium settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to define and uphold service standards.
