You will champion RSA/WHS compliance, leverage reservations and POS technology, and manage rosters and budgets to sustain outstanding service and financial performance.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record as Restaurant Manager, Venue Manager, or Senior Assistant Manager in hatted restaurants.
• Strong leadership with coaching and staff development.
• RSA and WHS knowledge and compliance experience.
• Experience with restaurant technology, reservations, POS, and payroll systems.
