Job summary

Trippas White Group is a leading hospitality company operating iconic venues across Australia. We seek an experienced HR Adviser to provide end-to-end HR support across a fast-paced hospitality environment from our Sydney base.

You will report to the Executive General Manager - People and Culture, delivering compliant, people-focused outcomes and partnering closely with leaders to support the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in hospitality or service-based industry.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Fair Work requirements, and modern awards.
• Proven ability to manage complex employee relations matters with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, including performance management and investigations.
• Support interpretation and application of industrial instruments, awards, and hospitality-specific awards.
• Manage end-to-end HR processes: onboarding, probation, performance reviews, and offboarding.
• Support injury management and return-to-work processes.
• Assist with workforce planning, engagement initiatives, and culture-building activities.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with Fair Work and WHS obligations.
• Contribute to HR projects, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
