Me-Gal at Taronga Zoo, operated by Trippas White Group, is recruiting for a Restaurant Manager/Senior Manager to lead front-of-house teams within a globally recognisable Sydney venue. The role focuses on delivering premium hospitality, mentoring managers and staff, and maintaining impeccable service standards in a high-volume environment.

You will drive training, rosters, and guest satisfaction while upholding RSA, WHS, and regulatory compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Restaurant Manager or Venue Manager in hatted restaurants.
• Sound knowledge of RSA, WHS, and hospitality compliance.
• Experience with restaurant technology, reservations, POS and payroll systems.

• Taking ownership of venue presentation, stock control, and daily operations
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
