Job summary

CBRE is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the operational performance of a premium grade commercial office asset within the Dexus portfolio in Sydney.

You will partner with tenants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure efficient, safe operations, compliant programs and strong asset value. The role focuses on budgets, performance reporting and a high standard of workplace experience for occupants.

Qualifications

• Experience managing premium commercial office assets.
• Strong understanding of building services and critical infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage hard and soft service contracts in a commercial environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage hard services including HVAC, electrical, fire and essential services.
• Oversee soft services including cleaning, security and waste management.
• Lead contractor performance, compliance and service delivery.
• Build strong tenant and stakeholder relationships.
• Manage OPEX budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.
• Coordinate maintenance, compliance programs and minor capital works.
• Drive safety, sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives.
