Job summary

CBRE is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the operational performance of a premium A-Grade commercial office asset within the Dexus portfolio.

You’ll partner closely with tenants, contractors and key stakeholders to ensure the asset operates efficiently, safely and to the highest standard, with responsibility for compliance, contractor management, building performance, budgets and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing premium commercial office assets.
• Strong technical understanding of building services and critical infrastructure.
• Proven capability managing hard and soft service contracts in a commercial environment.
• Experience overseeing compliance programmes, contractor governance and risk management.
• Financial acumen with responsibility for OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
