Job summary

CBRE is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the operational performance of a premium grade commercial office asset within the Dexus portfolio in Sydney.

You will partner with tenants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure efficient, safe operations, compliant programs and strong asset value. The role focuses on budgets, performance reporting and a high standard of workplace experience for occupants.

The Opportunity:

CBRE is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the operational performance of a premium grade commercial office asset within the Dexus portfolio.

You’ll partner closely with tenants, contractors and key stakeholders to ensure the asset operates efficiently, safely and to the highest standard. With responsibility for compliance, contractor management, building performance, budgets and customer experience, you'll play a critical role in protecting asset value while enhancing the workplace experience for occupants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing hard services including HVAC, electrical, fire and essential services.
• Overseeing soft services including cleaning, security and waste management.
• Leading contractor performance, compliance and service delivery.
• Building strong tenant and stakeholder relationships.
• Managing OPEX budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.
• Coordinating maintenance, compliance programs and minor capital works.
• Driving safety, sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You:

You’ll bring:

• Financial acumen with responsibility for OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
